I believe that luck only takes you so far but it is up to you to create your own destiny. If you think about all the wrong decisions you have made in your life, you can notice that you had tons of warning signs along the way. People are usually blinded whether by love, wanting more power, success and sometimes greed. From all my past experiences I have now learned to look at all the signs and not let anything cloud my judgment no matter how right anything seems to be at the time.

I now stopped having the attitude of 'why does this always happen to me? Did I deserve this? Was it my fault?' instead I am a true believer in 'everything always happens for a reason' and 'you should learn from your mistakes and move on looking forward to the future'. What is the point in dwelling and being all tangled up in the past? That means you learnt nothing and to be honest you would have to be quite absurd!

In life, you are bound to get hurt; you just have to choose who or what is worth the pain. Emotions are a terrible thing but they are what make us human (unfortunately I have a lot of emotions floating around!). In anything you work hard for in life whether it is a job, relationship, or even if it is just something you need to do, you should always look for appreciation because that is the key element in being happy about it. When you are showed no appreciation, that is when it all crumbles down on you.

Point is; you make a mistake, get hurt, fall down, and then don't stay down! Get up, shake the dust off and move on! Nothing and no one is has the right to make you feel worthless! And therefore, it has nothing to do with luck… Its all about will power and the right state of mind as well as creating your own destiny ... and only that!
